MANTA's Envelope PM ProgramTM includes development of customized checklists for each of your buildings exterior systems, and contains guidelines for emergency repairs as well as ongoing maintenance items.
MANTA is also available to perform periodic inspections at predetermined intervals, as well as after extraordinary events, such as harsh weather and accidents that result in property damage.
