MANTA offers a number of in houe specialized testing services that can assist with forensic investigation of building envelope problems such as moisture contamination, structural distress, and material incompatiblity.
Several images from MANTA's previous assignments that have incorporated specialized testing; including but not limited to fastener withdrawal testing, infrared thermography, roof cores with moisture probes, masonry moisture absorption tests, sealant joint performance testing, concrete impact resistance, among others are shown below.
